In this 2 hour class, you’ll learn to start a sock at the toe! Using a baby sized sock, you’ll learn the basics of toe-up sock knitting, including how to cast on a seamless toe, shape a gusset, turn a heel, and bind off loosely for a perfect sock!

About Robbie:  A knitwear designer and instructor living in Toronto, Ontario, Robbie has designed patterns for Estelle Yarns and Rib Magazine, as well as publishing Architexutre: Shape and Design - a knitting pattern book that allows the beauty of the yarn to shine with the shawl; hat and glove patterns designed by Robbie.

Duration/Sessions: 2 hour session

Project: Infant/Ornament sized sock

Skill Level: Must know how to knit and purl. Previous experience knitting in the round is required.

Required Materials: 4.0mm double pointed needles, or 32” long circular for magic loop, 20g of worsted weight yarn.You must be comfortable with the method of knitting in the round that you choose prior to this class!

Minimum of 2 for class to proceed: option for refund or reschedule if minimum not met
