Introduction to Mobius Cast On Technique

Time: 12:00-1:00pm

In this one hour class, you will learn the unique cast on technique created by Cat Bordhi that creates a mobius loop.   The mobius design creates a twist in the work that has no up or down side, no right or wrong side - a circle that has not start and no ending.

This cast on is used for cowls, shawls, shrugs and even sweaters.

Our Group classes are suitable for ages 16 and up. For children under the age of 16, please contact the shop to book a private lesson on one of our class days.

 

Duration/Session: 1 hour session

Project: Cast On for a cowl - pattern options available for review in class

Skill Level: must know how to do a long tail cast on, knit and purl.

Required Materials:

4mm 24 inch circular needle

Yarn based on project selected

 

NOTE:

10% discount in store on a day that a class is being taken

Minimum of 2 for class to proceed: option for refund or reschedule if minimum not met
